1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://www.topstatbets.com (the "Website") or any of our tools and content (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

3. Nature of our service

TopStatBets is a sports data analytics and information platform. We provide AI-assisted statistical analysis, probability estimates, model outputs, simulations, trackers and educational/entertainment tools relating to sports events and markets. Everything we provide is for information, analytics, simulation, education and entertainment purposes only.

4. We are NOT a gambling operator

TopStatBets is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, gambling broker, gambling intermediary, or wagering platform. We are not licensed as, and do not operate as, a gambling operator. Words such as "bet", "betslip", "odds", "stake", "parlay", "ACCA", "ROI", "confidence", "value bet" and "recommended pick" used on the Website are analytical labels and simulation tools, not gambling products offered by us.

5. No bets, no wagers, no funds

You cannot place a bet or wager through TopStatBets. We do not: accept or process wagers; hold, handle or transfer customer gambling funds; set or settle bets; determine gambling outcomes; or pay winnings. Our betslip and tracker tools are simulations and record-keeping utilities only. Any actual betting you choose to do happens with a separate, independent third-party operator under that operator's terms not with us.

6. Account registration & verification

Some features require a free account. You must provide accurate information, verify your email where requested, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Age restriction - 18+

The Services are for adults aged 18 or over only. By using the Services you confirm you are at least 18. We may restrict or terminate access where we believe a user is under 18.

8. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any decision to gamble with a third party. You must comply with all laws applicable to you, including the laws of your own country, state or jurisdiction (see our Affiliate Disclosure for international users).

9. Acceptable use

10. AI and statistical model limitations

Our outputs are generated using AI models and statistical methods (including third-party models such as Gemini, OpenAI GPT and Perplexity) applied to sports data. These outputs are probability estimates and model outputs, not facts or predictions of certain results. AI can be wrong. See our AI Analytics Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Data, odds & availability

Odds and sports data are supplied by third parties (e.g. the-odds-api.com) and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable. Odds and markets move constantly. We do not warrant that any data shown is current or correct at the time you view or rely on it.

12. Betslip, trackers & performance records

Betslip, stake-simulation, potential-return, parlay/ACCA-builder, tracker and saved-selection tools are simulations and personal record-keeping utilities. Any performance, ROI, results or model-performance pages are historical and illustrative. Past performance is not a guarantee or indication of future results.

13. No guarantee of results, profit, accuracy or availability

We make no guarantee that any output, analysis, prediction, score or data is accurate, complete, profitable, or fit for any purpose. Nothing on the Website is financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. We do not promise you will win, profit, or avoid losses.

14. Affiliate links & third-party websites

The Website may contain affiliate links to third-party operators (see Affiliate Disclosure). Those operators are solely responsible for their own services, terms, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, promotions, compliance and responsible-gambling tools. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

16. Intellectual property & user content

All Website content, branding, models, code, design and compilations are owned by or licensed to TopStatBets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. If we enable user-generated content in future, you grant us a licence to host and display it, and you must not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content (see Acceptable Use Policy).

17. Fair usage, scraping & automated access

You must not scrape, harvest, data-mine, reverse-engineer, resell, or use automated systems to extract our data or outputs, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, without our prior written permission.

18. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal reasons, or to protect the Services or other users.

19. Service availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopStatBets is not liable for any losses arising from: your use of or reliance on the Services or any output, data, odds, score or analysis; any betting, gambling, financial or other decisions you make; third-party sites or operators; or any interruption, inaccuracy, delay or unavailability. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TopStatBets against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of any law (including your local gambling laws).

22. Changes to service and terms

We may change the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom Of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
